Join the community at American Drengr Krav Maga for morning yoga sessions to support body and mind alike. Our guest instructor Denise first turned to yoga in 2012 to help alleviate back pain caused by her scoliosis.
She began by wanting to strengthen her back and ended by falling in love with the practice. Yoga has so many benefits for both your mind and your body. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. She began her certification training in 2014 with YogaFit and began instructing classes in 2015. She is a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance and is a certified group fitness instructor with the American Council of Exercise. Denise has 500 certification training hours and almost 1,000 yoga instructing hours.
