American Drengr Krav Maga will be hosting a Young Adult Self Protection & Violence Awareness Seminar on July 27 from 1:30-4:30PM at 10079 Market Circle, Manassas, VA 20110.
Guided by local law enforcement and certified self-defense professionals, the Young Adult Self Protection & Violence Awareness Seminar will emphasize realistic scenarios, practical self-defense techniques, and trauma care that anyone can leverage to diffuse situations or get to a secure space safely.
More than 1 in 10 college students, and many more teens, experience some form of relationship abuse.
Surviving an uncomfortable, dangerous, or violent situation is more than training your body — it includes training your mind and spirit to be resilient. Our goal is to equip our local community teens with fundamental skills and techniques to empower themselves and get home safely.
Tickets are $70/participant, ages 16+ only. Registration is open to all young adults/teens (16+) and college students in the Northern Virginia region.
