Attention College Students!!
We are offering a special summer membership option for college students, either returning to the area or who are about to set off. Self-defense training helps students develop situational awareness, strength, and the skills needed to protect themselves. Perhaps equally important, our program also works to improve confidence and self-respect, important traits necessary for a successful college experience.
While on their own in a new environment, students must be able to take responsibility and precautions for their own safety. Self-defense includes training the body, as well as the mind and spirit, to be resilient. We are committed to helping young people find the potential for strength they already possess and push them to develop to full potential.
