May 24th Junior Krav Maga Board Breaking Seminar

Open to all Junior KRAV MAGA STUDENTS….LEARN TO BREAK BOARDS!

What could be more fun than taking your Krav skills and putting them to the test by breaking boards? Board breaking is a time-honored tradition in martial arts…and is harder than you might think!

BOARD BREAKING demonstrates technique, strength, and mental fortitude, while also providing valuable feedback and a way to practice striking with full power without injury. Each student will be issued 5 boards to break, with the option of purchasing additional boards.

Time: 12:30-2:00 PM

Cost: $30/child; extra boards available for purchase for $2.00 Each
