Another incredible group of women dedicated to safeguarding what’s important—themselves and their loved ones. These participants hit the mats for a few hours of empowering physical and mental training at our Women’s Self-Defense Seminar!
May 5th through 10th, Mother’s Day Week at American Drengr Krav Maga
Students brought the special woman in their lives to class all week long….or just come and check us out all week…..and we capped off the work week with our Women’s Self-Defense seminar.
May 3rd, Our 3rd Anniversary Potluck Celebration
Hard to believe but we opened our doors three years ago in May 2022, so we celebrated with a family-style potluck! We started out with 13 students who wanted a different experience and have since grown to over 260 in the last few years.
