We started off the New Year with the first in 2025 Women’s self-defense seminar series. Surviving an attack is more than training your body — it includes training your mind and spirit to be resilient. We believe Krav Maga can help you find the potential for strength that you already have and push you to develop it.
Our women’s self-defense classes incorporate multiple training methods to build a fighting spirit and to train women how to respond both mentally and physically in a time of need, eliminating the danger of “freezing” or “shutting down” in confrontations.
Buddy Week, January 27th through February 1st
We hosted our quarterly Buddy Week for all ranks, with special activities for everyone. Students were invited to have a friend join them in class any and every day of the week.
