American Drengr Krav Maga collaborated with the City of Manassas Police Department to provide a 12-hour R.A.D. defense system course. The 12-hour course is for women only and covers awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance, in addition to hands-on defensive training.
The training benefited participants at the Manassas Senior Center, which focuses on providing services and education to foster independence for community members 55+.
